Seer Stones (also known as Ema Eggs/Dragon Eggs) are Quartz (in all varieties) that have been naturally tumbled in rivers - giving them a frosted look on their outer surface. These stones are then cut open and polished on one side - forming these beautiful windows and displaying their clear insides. Most of these stones come from Brazil, along the Ema River - hence their name.
They have been used as an aid for scrying (like a crystal ball) - allowing you to see your past, present and insight into your future by taking you deep within yourself during meditation. It has been said that Seer Stones will resonate with you when you are ready and willing to take an honest look deep within yourself and accept the truth.
They are excellent meditation companions and such a delight to hold in your palm & the act of gazing into the depths can act as a way of dropping into the stillness to reach that place of peace and bliss.
