HOW DO I USE THESE BLENDS?
Fill your foot bath basin, pail or bathtub with warm water. Add 2 tablespoons (approx 30g) for a FOOT SOAK or 4 tablespoons (approx 60g) into a BATHTUB and soak your feet/body for 15-20 minutes. Gently wipe feet or wash body thoroughly to cleanse the residue. Feel free to use more if required.
Alternatively, you can also use this as a body scrub after a long day. Take a pinch (or a handful) of the salts and gently rub them onto your wet skin, letting them sit on the skin for a while before washing off both the physical & energetic ‘grime’.
Comes in a 300g PET bottle. Based on the directions above, the amount is good for 10 foot soaks or 5 bath soaks.
